Imagine being able to get a close-up look at the latest launches in products and services for the media and entertainment market totally for free? The 2019 SET EXPO Trade Show offers visitors this opportunity between August 27 and 29 at the Red Pavilion of the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. At the event, the largest in Latin America’s technology, media and entertainment business sector, more than 150 exhibitor companies representing over 400 Brazilian and international brands will be present.
Besides getting to know the latest attractions in this market and being behind the scenes in opportunities for new services and business, the 15,000-plus attendees expected for the trade show will also be able to get a closer look at the items on display, participating in the trials with the equipment showcased by the brands.
“The SET EXPO Trade Show brings together the leading representatives of the electronic media industry. During SET EXPO, the leading brands will showcase to the Brazilian market their launches, while users will have the opportunity to become familiar with the new technologies and try out many of these novelties.” In this setting of innovation, the major investments of the market come together once a year at SET EXPO, which is this industry’s most important business hub” says Cláudio Younis, vice president of SET.
The Trade Show attracts the leading manufacturers on the domestic and international markets who represent the entire production chain of the audiovisual sector. Among those already confirmed are Canon, Fujifilm, Hitachi, Panasonic, Sony, Verizon Media, Datalink, Avicom, Embratel and Zoom. As has happened ever since the earliest editions, the Japanese Pavilion will also make room to demonstrate all the leading-edge equipment developed by Asian manufacturers and which are the new-boy-in-town in these parts.
For the third time, SET EXPO has received official certification from the United States Department of Commerce as an excellent business opportunity, the Trade Fair Certification (TFC). The certification strengthens the support received from over 30 Brazilian and international institutions. Based on 2018 data, the 2019 edition of the Trade Show expects a turnover of US$ 20 million.
