JVC to bring live video production and journalism solutions to SET EXPO

JVC Professional Products, a division of JVCKENWOOD USA CORPORATION, is highlighting at this year’s SET EXPO solutions based on live production and journalism systems. The new ProHD Bridge range combines the Professional Wi-Fi technology, 4G LTE and high-gain antennae for transmitting live signals to the broadcaster with no losses or delays.

The GY-HM850/HM890 shoulder-mounted cameras now have the IFB audio return function during live streaming. Camcorders with a connectivity function comprise the economical studio version, and are controlled using an IP network by the RM-LP100 remote controller, which will have all the functionalities of an RCP, also taking the tally signal to the viewfinder, as well as the IFB audio return. The PTZ KY-PZ100 camera is also fully compatible with this system.

Committed to ensuring the investments its customers have made, JVC continually upgrades its products. In the 4K CAM camera range, the GY-LS300 with the Super 35 sensor now has a new 4.0 version capable of recording 4:2:2 4k 30p/25p/24p signals directly onto the memory card, while still remotely controlled and with the image viewed via IP. In the Ultra HD 50p/60p mode, the signal is available at the HDMI port and, when connected to the Ninja Inferno or Shogun Inferno external monitor/recorder of its partner Atomos, the camera’s recording pause command also functions on the external recorder.

The new range of video monitors is the Grade 1 DT-VG2 series, consisting of four models: the DT-V17G2Z (16.5”), the DT-V17G25Z (16.5” panel and 10 bits), the DT-V21G2Z (21.5”) and the DT-V24G2Z (24” panel and 10 bits). The series incorporates a wave-form monitor, vectorscope, histogram, zebra, time code indication, multiple area and aspect markers, a 16-channel digital audio level meter and a new Lissajous meter for stereo field viewing and phase error.

JVC will be at SET EXPO in booth 96 on street C6. Access the detailed floor plan aqui.
