Hitachi is introducing integrated solutions at the SET EXPO 2017

Hitachi is working on end-to-end solutions for television channels, and at SET EXPO 2017 , the company has focused on presenting the following integrated solutions:

– video capture solutions

– solutions for transporting signals and low-power transmission,

– integration of medium-power transmission systems in customized cabinets and

– high-power transmission.

The company is providing services by its team for drawing up technical solutions that meet the demands of broadcasters in search of quality, innovation and integration from a single supplier.

At SET EXPO, the focus is the issue of “electrical energy consumption”, which represents a significant portion of the television broadcaster’s operating costs. Higher electrical energy costs associates with the need to simultaneously run analog and digital units have led to a significant increase in energy expenses, thereby affecting broadcasters’ financial results.

Hitachi will introduce to the market the E-Compact family of transmitters, with Doherty technology, that afford reductions of around 50% in electricity consumption. This technology also makes it possible to reevaluate the Energy Efficiency vs MER vs Coverage Area ratio.

The company will be on booth 45 on Street D4 of the SET EXPO.

SET EXPO will take place between August 24 and 2017, at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. Registration for the Products and Services Trade Show is free and can be done using this link.
